UpSpring PR is a full service communications firm that was founded by two 2009 college graduates. We were in the thick of a crumbling economy and figured we (literally) had nothing to lose. We bought the cheapest media database on the market, worked out of a Starbucks (with interns) from 9am-6pm each day, and took any call we could land, while taking care to minimize the interrupting background noise of the frappucino machine.

We worked to identify everything we felt was wrong with the communications industry. Listening to grievances of our clients and taking the current economic climate into consideration, we created a company structure that allowed for them retain us for small periods of time, tailor their PR plan so that it fit within their budget, and hire a team of freelancers around each client to provide specialized attention suitable to each account.

As a result, UpSpring PR is currently in its third year, successfully specializing in interior design, architecture, product design and manufacturing, and real estate. With two new full-time hires and an anticipated Miami expansion in Fall 2012, our development continues. We overcame our youth and inexperience with one thing: our energy.
